By fully integrating Safend Encryptor with Safend Protector, which encrypts data stored on removable media and CD/DVD, and Safend Reporter, Safend provides an end-to-end solution for guarding confidential corporate data from loss or theft, with a single agent, single management server and single management console.

Safend Encryptor is a flexible solution that combines strong management and enforcement policies with stringent security levels. The solution is completely transparent to end-users; it does not require them to activate the encryption/decryption process themselves, and all processes run in the background without interfering with users’ ongoing work. Unique to Safend, Safend Encryptor provides “True Single Sign On” functionality which uses an existing Windows login interface for user authentication.
